Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions.
- Build and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate graph-based memory and tool-using agents to extend LLM capabilities.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration and reasoning systems using AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom agents.
- Use LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable code in Python or other languages as needed.
- Translate business needs into scalable GenAI-powered systems with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability through strong software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of total experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with a minimum of 2 years building and deploying GenAI systems.
- Additional experience information lists 4–7 years as required.
- Experience working with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2, and Gemini.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of RAG systems and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-native deployments, APIs, containers, and microservices.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with graph-based memory and LLM tool-use patterns.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with tool-using agents, memory-augmented or cognitive architectures, open-source GenAI or agent framework contributions, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LLM optimization, evaluation, prompt engineering, and production-scale AI systems.
- Education qualifications include BE/BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA; listed required degrees include Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, and Master of Engineering.
- Agentic AI is listed as a required skill, with GenAI and Agentic AI listed as preferred skills.
