Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture, design standards, delivery approaches, and key technical decisions for assigned initiatives.
- Design, configure, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy Power Platform solutions.
- Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power BI.
- Provide advanced Power Pages and Power BI architecture, development, governance, and technical oversight.
- Guide developers, review technical outputs, resolve blockers, and coordinate technical dependencies, estimates, defects, and release decisions.
- Apply security, governance, application lifecycle management, testing, deployment, rollback, documentation, monitoring, and support handover standards.
- Support L3 production issues and lead root-cause analysis, remediation, and architecture defect resolution.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of relevant solution development experience, including 3+ years delivering Power Platform solutions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Senior Microsoft Power Platform experience with advanced Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint capabilities.
- Demonstrated solution architecture, application lifecycle management, governance, technical delivery leadership, production deployment, and support experience.
- Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and complex issue-resolution skills.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or solution architecture certifications.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise integrations, monitoring, AI-enabled production solutions, governed delivery across multiple environments and business units, and Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder.
