Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, scalability, performance, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and implementation and make technical decisions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality expectations.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate and deliver software components.
- Develop Java full-stack enterprise applications and contribute hands-on technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE enterprise application development and Java full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, React, APIs, MVC, Security, JDBC, and JPA.
- Experience with messaging and event technologies such as Kafka, JMS, MQ, or Event Hub.
- Knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Experience with Git, JUnit, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, especially GitHub Copilot (GHCP).
- Experience working in Agile teams and exposure to Azure or another public cloud.
- 15 years of full-time education.
