Base Salary

$180k - $264k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and push code in your first week and ship impactful features within months.
Develop and support production services with high call rates on the back-end.
Create rich user interfaces on the front-end.
Target high availability for consumer and enterprise customers.
Learn to build infrastructure as code (IaC).
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver delightful product offerings.
Contribute to an engineering culture emphasizing documentation, testing, and user experience.
Evaluate current systems and propose scalable architecture.
Mentor new hires.

At least three years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
Ability to tackle infrastructure challenges.
Familiarity with modern web client development and testing tools.
Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.
Perseverance in solving tough technical issues.
Commitment to high-quality end-user experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
