Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical solution design and delivery for company-wide technical initiatives.
- Lead engineering implementation of AI-assisted development, AI code review, AI observability analysis, and AI-driven operations automation.
- Resolve complex technical challenges across business lines and improve engineering efficiency and quality.
- Design and optimize high-concurrency distributed system architectures.
- Apply AI to capacity planning, performance bottleneck analysis, anomaly detection, log analysis, distributed tracing, performance profiling, and automated operations.
- Provide technical support and training to business teams and promote standardized AI and engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in concurrent programming with Go or Java and deep understanding of high-concurrency system design and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with distributed services and distributed storage, plus familiarity with distributed architecture design.
- Solid Linux OS knowledge and understanding of middleware internals and engineering practices, including etcd, Nacos, and Kafka.
- Proficiency with gRPC; development and performance-tuning experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with profiling tools, Arthas, and Linux CLI for system analysis and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, capability boundaries, and practical engineering applications.
- Experience with AI-assisted development or code-review tools such as Copilot, Claude, or DeepSeek is preferred.
- Experience applying AI to observability, anomaly detection, or internal-data knowledge augmentation such as RAG is preferred.
- Ability to assess AI capabilities for system stability, security, cost, and compliance and apply sound engineering judgment.
- Bachelor's degree or above and at least three years of relevant development experience.
- Open-source contributions, technical blogging, knowledge sharing, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration are preferred or valued.
- Experience with financial, trading, or high-availability systems; AI-driven observability; automated operations; stability governance; middleware internals; service discovery; configuration management; or high-performance architecture is advantageous.
