Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations connecting Salesforce, ERP, billing, and third-party systems.
- Translate integration requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and other APIs.
- Use Camunda and Workato to implement complex integrations and middleware workflows.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization for integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Automate deployments and use version control for consistent releases and collaboration.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and deployment processes.
- Explore and integrate AI-agent-driven workflows, such as Salesforce Agentforce or similar frameworks, into middleware and business-process pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of application development experience.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Java and J2EE proficiency.
- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Camunda or Workato.
- Experience with Salesforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, scripting, automation, and security.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for application packaging and deployment.
- Experience or exposure to building or configuring AI agents, including Salesforce Agentforce or LLM-based orchestration agents, is preferred.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
