Base Salary
$102k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, APIs, cloud services, and approved technologies.
- Translate business requirements and process designs into maintainable technical solutions.
- Build workflows, automations, integrations, custom connectors, reusable components, and supporting services.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate solutions with enterprise applications, databases, files, queues, and cloud services.
- Apply source control, code review, automated testing, CI/CD, configuration management, and environment-promotion practices.
- Implement security, credential management, exception handling, retry, logging, monitoring, and recovery patterns.
- Partner with Quality Engineering on testing, defect resolution, deployment, production validation, monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, configuration details, and support knowledge.
- Develop reusable automation patterns, simplify solutions, reduce technical debt, and replace fragile automation with reliable integrations.
- Provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers and collaborate with analysts, engineers, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, application development, enterprise integration, or related technology functions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform and/or UiPath.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PowerShell.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, enterprise integrations, source control, and modern software development practices.
- Ability to independently deliver production automation solutions from technical design through deployment and support.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, authentication and security patterns, logging, and production support preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, or comparable cloud integration services preferred.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, queues, assets, reusable components, and enterprise deployment practices preferred.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation, LLM integrations, intelligent document processing, agentic workflows, or healthcare and other regulated environments preferred.
