Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for FloQast’s integration ecosystem.
- Demonstrate integration requirements to prospective customers during sales opportunities.
- Strategize with the Sales team to secure technical buy-in from prospects.
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering on integration developments.
- Ensure customer-facing technical guides for integrations are up-to-date.
- Answer sales team questions regarding integrations for customer use cases.
- Deliver required integrations and test environments for proof of concepts.
- Write regular expressions for data processing related to integrations.
- Perform additional tasks to support the Solutions Consulting department.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or related role focused on integrations.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and its associated needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems and their configuration or integration.
- Familiarity with cloud storage systems and administration.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Self-starter with initiative and follow-through.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing demands.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
