Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Build reusable automation libraries and improve automation frameworks across technology stacks and business lines.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, acceptance criteria, and automation backlogs.
- Develop automated testing and software validation tools, and track coverage, defects, resolutions, and mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with development and Agile delivery teams to improve continuous deployment practices and resolve technical design issues.
- Work with business subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, build, and deploy automation solutions.
- Perform backend and database programming for key projects.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debugging data, performance reviews, and project outcomes according to company guidelines.
Requirements
- FullStack SDET skills are mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience designing and executing automated testing for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to develop test automation tools, reusable libraries, test cases, and software validation processes.
- Ability to perform backend and database programming for key projects.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams, business subject matter experts, testers, support personnel, users, and clients.
- Knowledge of software design, debugging, defect tracking, documentation, and industry standards.
