Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate high-scale, highly available distributed services extending AWS Config.
- Design and build AI agent orchestration systems that automate resource type onboarding at scale.
- Own solutions across design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms for agentic workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and rigorous code reviews.
- Structure ambiguous problems, manage competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience involving design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
