Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and operational challenges in depth with business stakeholders.
- Identify and shape opportunities where AI, software, and process changes can create meaningful value.
- Design, build, and evolve production-grade software and agentic AI systems.
- Develop and integrate applications, APIs, data components, AI components, and agentic workflows.
- Apply strong engineering practices across development, testing, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and operations.
- Own problems from discovery and experimentation through implementation and production use.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, observable, evaluable, and able to deliver business value in production.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and shipping AI-enabled applications or systems.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, containers, and CI/CD practices.
- Practical applied-AI knowledge covering generative AI, agentic systems, tool use, evaluation, observability, failure modes, and production concerns.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and domains quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Strong business judgment, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder skills.
- Interest in understanding how work happens and solving complex problems as part of an engineering team.
