Responsibilities
- Design and implement modular, scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise AI platforms integrating LLMs, SLMs, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Lead AI roadmaps and executive strategy discussions for major client accounts, connecting technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
- Envision, design, and deliver industry-specific Generative and Agentic AI use cases across multiple enterprise verticals.
- Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle, including data preparation, training, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps standards, including monitoring, observability, drift detection, compliance, cost governance, and agent lifecycle governance.
- Mentor architects and engineers, build GenAI and Agentic AI capability squads, and lead skills development, hiring strategy, and succession planning.
- Develop strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI startups; co-develop offerings and co-sell AI solutions.
- Publish white papers and frameworks, pursue patents, lead executive roundtables, and contribute to the Tech Radar.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT and architecture, with progression from hands-on engineering; Java or .NET experience is preferred.
- 5+ years of AI/ML experience and 1+ year of Generative and Agentic AI experience involving LLMs, SLMs, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Expertise in model fine-tuning, including SFT, RLHF, LoRA, and QLoRA, as well as RAG and evaluation pipelines.
- Architect-level expertise or certification in at least two of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Mastery of MLOps and LLMOps practices, including pipelines, monitoring, observability, compliance, and AI cost governance.
- Proven experience leading executive AI strategy discussions with Fortune 500 clients.
- Familiarity with AI RMF from NIST, the EU AI Act, and Responsible AI practices.
- Experience mentoring teams and building cross-functional AI capability practices.
- A track record of shaping AI initiatives through partnerships with hyperscalers, startups, and ISVs.
- Preferred qualifications include publications, patents, open-source contributions, recognized thought leadership, industry domain depth, and experience with AgentOps, model evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tooling.
