Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their strategies, challenges, and goals.
- Manage and coordinate projects end to end and ensure successful completion.
- Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop and execute Workday integrations, including EIB, Workday Web Services API, Core Connectors, PECI, Cloud Connect, and related technologies.
- Manage ERP project phases, including fit/gap analysis.
- Handle PII, compensation, and confidential data and configure Workday security.
- Develop custom reports and calculated fields and use Linux/Shell Scripting as required.
- Apply functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Revenue Management, Inventory, Financial Reporting, and Asset Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Hands-on Workday integration development experience, including EIB, Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT, Core Connectors, PECI, Cloud Connect, CCB, and CCTPP PICOF/PECI.
- Project management experience for ERP projects and experience across all project phases, including fit/gap analysis.
- Knowledge of Workday security configuration and experience handling PII, compensation, and confidential data.
- Functional knowledge of financial and enterprise modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Revenue Management, Inventory, Financial Reporting, and Asset Management.
- Required skills include Actimize, Workday, Workday Integration, and Workday Software.
- English proficiency at the required C2 level.
- Certifications listed include BUILD-IT/JAVA and Oracle Certified Professional.
