Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Java developers in designing and developing software applications.
- Provide technical guidance on Java development best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Stay current with Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Oracle Certified Java Associate certification.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Java, Java APIs, Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), and Java software development.
- Proficient English language skills at C2 level.
