Responsibilities
- Own technical design and platform architecture across ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, BOT orchestration, APIs, and Sisense.
- Define and govern data models, workflow logic, integration contracts, automation architecture, reporting layers, and technical design documentation.
- Own integration architecture, API contracts, cross-platform data flows, failure handling, and hybrid infrastructure boundaries.
- Define and enforce technical standards covering coding, naming, error handling, logging, security baselines, configuration management, and environment promotion.
- Run technical design reviews, manage technical debt, and track remediation of delivery findings.
- Provide technical direction and review code, configuration, integrations, test architecture, defect root causes, and go-live readiness.
- Engage client architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders as the primary technical contact.
Requirements
- 12+ years of technology delivery experience grounded in systems-integration programs and heterogeneous platform landscapes.
- Hands-on technical depth across at least three of ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, REST/SOAP API design and governance, and Sisense or an equivalent BI platform.
- Proven integration architecture experience defining API contracts, managing cross-platform data flows, and governing integrations across infrastructure boundaries.
- Experience working beneath an Enterprise Architect within an architectural framework and escalating enterprise-level decisions appropriately.
- Strong technical governance experience covering design reviews, standards enforcement, environment management, and configuration control.
- Onsite client-side availability is required.
- ServiceNow certification such as CIS or CAD is a strong advantage.
- Blue Prism Developer or Architect certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure technical design, banking or financial-services SI programs, and Sisense data architecture is advantageous.
