Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, implement, tune, maintain, and support enterprise cybersecurity and IAM solutions.
- Administer IAM capabilities including access certifications, provisioning, modeling, workflows, and automation.
- Assess systems, applications, networks, and end-user devices for compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
- Implement and maintain secure baseline configurations and support cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, data protection, and security infrastructure.
- Develop and revise security policies, procedures, use cases, project requirements, budgets, and work breakdowns.
- Manage cybersecurity system releases, tuning, lifecycle maintenance, and change management.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity architects, vendors, technical teams, business stakeholders, and staff across multiple facilities.
- Participate in root-cause analysis, security projects, vendor feature enhancement requests, and after-hours on-call support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of enterprise-scale information security engineering experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with IT operations, security operations, security process automation, coding, and scripting.
- Experience or knowledge in IAM, identity governance, security engineering principles, risk management, resilience, vulnerability management, information security, and security operations.
- Knowledge of Git, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, and IAM or identity governance platforms; SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow experience is preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance mandates including HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Ability to assess vendors, define requirements, develop contractual documentation, document security processes, and create use cases.
- Preferred certifications include SSCP, HCISPP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP-ISSEP, CEH, SANS GIAC, or CISA.
- Preferred additional experience includes two years in systems administration, security operations, IT operations, risk management, or healthcare GRC.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, independent judgment, and critical decision-making skills are required.
