Responsibilities

Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases, scripts, test plans, and automation assets.
Execute integration, system, smoke, interface, regression, API, web UI, UAT, and production-deployment testing.
Manage test requirements, test execution, defect documentation, root cause analysis, and QA signoff for releases.
Serve as the main point of contact for the automation platform and coordinate troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Create training materials, mentor QA team members, and promote automation standards and best practices.
Prepare reports on QA activities, test status, defects, and automation progress.
Analyze data, process flows, and workflow diagrams to identify quality-system improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Six or more years of QA testing and automation experience.
Experience testing APIs and troubleshooting system integration workflows.
Strong knowledge of automated testing practices, including maintaining automation assets and supporting automation standards.
Experience testing end-to-end processes and performing root cause analysis.
Ability to document detailed process flows and workflow diagrams for testing and troubleshooting.
U.S. citizenship is required by law due to federal customer contracts.
Preferred experience includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ/Quote-to-Cash, ARM or revenue workflows, Copado CRT or similar tools, Python-based automation, release-pipeline testing, and JIRA/Xray.
