Responsibilities
- Conduct UAT, functional, regression, automated, manual, and production validation testing for web applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and application testing strategies.
- Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, communicate detailed findings, and verify fixes through retesting.
- Automate and maintain comprehensive test suites while recommending process improvements.
- Coordinate multiple testers and testing activities within projects.
- Collaborate with development, IT, designers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage testing risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree in computer science, software engineering, computer systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of verifiable QA testing experience for websites; the broader qualification states 2–5 years of testing experience in financial services.
- Experience with automated front-end web testing, user-story acceptance validation, and regression testing.
- Knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, quality processes, defect tracking, change management, and automated regression testing tools.
- Knowledge of relevant operating systems, programming languages, database tools, HTML, JavaScript, and cloud environments.
- Methodical testing and problem-solving approach, with strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
