Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Oversee technical onboarding and implementation as the primary contact for customers.
- Monitor customer health scores to ensure rapid time-to-value and resolve integration issues.
- Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Leverage AI to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Customer Engineering.
- Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem is a plus.
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is preferred.
