Responsibilities
- Build and improve Tailor's Console for developers.
- Develop reusable UI components and design system primitives.
- Create frontend abstractions to accelerate customer solution delivery.
- Collaborate with Platform teams in Japan to ship features end-to-end.
- Shape the developer experience for engineers using Tailor's platform.
- Contribute to architectural decisions around the React/TypeScript stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Experience building design systems or component libraries.
- Thoughtful perspectives on frontend architecture and developer experience.
- Comfortable working asynchronously across timezones (AU/JP/US).
- Experience shipping production software to real users.
- Experience with headless/composable platforms or enterprise software is a plus.
- Terraform and Go experience is a plus, or willingness to learn.
