Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work on time using AI tools.
- Own feature delivery from scoping to release with minimal oversight.
- Craft well-tested software that meets high quality standards.
- Build and validate AI-integrated features with sound engineering judgment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to define deliverables.
- Maintain reliable systems through best practices for observability and incident response.
- Support production releases to ensure system stability post-release.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
- Strong full-stack development skills in modern React/TypeScript and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions.
- Experience with code reviews and identifying architectural issues.
- Active use of AI coding agents with a critical perspective on their effectiveness.
- Comfort with production debugging and system performance analysis.
- Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and specifications.
