Responsibilities
- Engage early in strategic enterprise opportunities to establish technical direction.
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover privileged access challenges and technical requirements.
- Design and articulate reference architectures for various environments.
- Support proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements for enterprise opportunities.
- Deliver executive presentations and technical briefings tailored to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to enhance technical strategy and engagement quality.
- Partner with Product Management to inform product direction with market intelligence.
- Represent Keeper at executive briefings, webinars, and conferences.
- Maintain awareness of the identity security landscape and emerging technologies.
- Travel as needed based on customer and business requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with 5 years in a customer-facing role.
- Deep domain expertise in identity security and privileged access management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise PAM concepts and security architecture.
- Experience leading complex technical engagements with enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with the enterprise identity ecosystem and related technologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
