Responsibilities

  • Engage early in strategic enterprise opportunities to establish technical direction and align solutions with customer outcomes.
  • Lead discovery sessions covering privileged-access challenges, architectural constraints, business drivers, and technical requirements.
  • Design and articulate reference architectures for hybrid cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments.
  • Support and guide proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Deliver executive presentations, technical briefings, and architecture discussions for security, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with field Sales Engineers to strengthen technical strategy and engagement quality across enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide market intelligence, competitive insight, and customer requirements.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to prioritize strategic opportunities and allocate solution-architecture resources.
  • Represent Keeper at executive briefings, customer engagements, webinars, conferences, and other market-facing events.
  • Maintain awareness of the privileged-access-management and broader identity-security landscape.
  • Travel according to customer and business needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology experience, including at least 5 years in a senior customer-facing pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical advisory role.
  • Deep expertise in identity security, identity and access management, or privileged access management.
  • Strong knowledge of PAM concepts including least privilege, zero standing privilege, secrets management, session management, and privileged account governance.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise technical engagements involving discovery, architecture design, executive presentations, and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to manage a broad portfolio of strategic accounts and determine where direct engagement provides the most value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex security architecture into business and technical value.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise identity ecosystem, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, cloud IAM, SIEM integrations, IGA platforms, and DevOps or CI/CD environments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Sales Leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience with an identity-security, PAM, or IAM vendor in pre-sales or solutions architecture.
  • Preferred: experience supporting regulated industries such as federal, financial services, energy, or healthcare.
  • Preferred: familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or NERC CIP.
  • Preferred: experience presenting to executive and security leadership at Fortune 500 or Global 2000 organizations.
  • Preferred: competitive displacement experience in identity security or privileged access.
  • Preferred: relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
