DevOps Engineer (Digital Engineering)

- Design, provision, and maintain scalable, modular Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
- Build, optimize, and support YAML-based Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, applications, containers, and data workloads.
- Implement and maintain Argo CD GitOps deployment workflows for AKS clusters.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices including SonarQube, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance validation.
- Administer Azure networking, load balancing, App Services, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, RBAC, governance, and cost controls.
- Configure Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics and troubleshoot build, deployment, and performance issues.
- Manage Azure Databricks workspaces, clusters, access controls, and Unity Catalog, including automated deployments.
- Collaborate with architecture, data engineering, and security teams; maintain documentation and runbooks; and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Azure DevOps, cloud automation, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on Terraform experience, including modules, workspaces, backends, and state management.
- Proven experience building and maintaining YAML-based Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD and GitOps deployments to AKS.
- Strong Azure administration experience covering RBAC, networking, storage, and cost governance.
- Experience managing Databricks workspaces and clusters and integrating SonarQube into CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving, independent working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator Associate, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are desirable.
- Experience with Azure Bicep, ARM Templates, Ansible, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Synapse CI/CD automation is desirable.
