Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
- Act as the subject-matter expert for Agentforce implementations and guide team members on implementation approaches.
- Review agent configurations and supporting Salesforce code.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into agent solutions.
- Resolve technical challenges involving agent behavior and performance.
- Participate in solution design and estimation activities and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of deployed agents.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing and enablement sessions on Agentforce features.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, with 5–7 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong Salesforce development experience and hands-on experience with Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, agent-based workflows, Salesforce governor limits, and performance considerations.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Ability to design maintainable and scalable agent solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Agentforce Specialist certification is mandatory or may be in progress.
- Salesforce AI Associate certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple workstreams and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
