Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System focused on seamless UX and adaptive learning.
- Empower graduates to find jobs and match with clinical partners using innovative career services.
- Design and maintain platforms for instructors and coaches to optimize student success.
- Generate and maintain scalable content that adapts to evolving educational needs.
- Create reliable data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with ownership of the development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with React and Typescript on the frontend.
- Experience with backend languages such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excitement for joining an early-stage company and building new solutions.
