Base Salary
$157k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on Stepful’s learning management system, including adaptive learning, peer engagement, gamification, and motivational features.
- Build generative-AI career services such as resume generation and interview training.
- Design and maintain platforms for instructors, teaching assistants, coaches, and operators.
- Build content management technology that supports scalable, adaptable curriculum creation.
- Develop reliable data pipelines and make data accessible for business, learning, and operations teams.
- Own the full development lifecycle of full-stack products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle and operating across the full stack.
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Backend familiarity with Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.
- Ability to solve complex problems, learn new technology, and work effectively in an early-stage company.
- Previous direct-to-consumer startup experience, particularly in EdTech or Healthcare, is a bonus.
