Base Salary
$105k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy Kalepa’s AI platform using knowledge of the platform, insurance, and client businesses
- Drive initial client setup and configuration and transition clients to best-practice operating models
- Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep implementations on track and on time
- Triage, investigate, and communicate client-reported issues and feedback
- Manage multiple simultaneous implementations through effective prioritization and context-switching
- Develop scalable processes, pre-configured templates, documentation, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency
- Help evolve internal tools and external-facing workflows as the client base grows
- Own client-facing implementation documentation, including guides, specifications, and training materials
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms
- Technical proficiency with complex enterprise technology platforms
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and transformation
- Superior organizational and time-management skills
- Process-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with insurance or financial technology software implementations is a bonus
