Base Salary
$105k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in Kalepa's platform and clients' businesses to configure and deploy the AI platform.
- Drive initial client setup and configuration to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep projects on track.
- Triage and communicate client-reported issues and feedback.
- Manage multiple simultaneous implementations by prioritizing effectively.
- Continuously improve delivery efficiency through scalable processes and documentation.
- Evolve internal tools and workflows as the client base grows.
- Own client-facing implementation documentation, including guides and training materials.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms.
- Technical proficiency with complex enterprise technology platforms and SQL/Excel data analysis.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills.
- Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Independent and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Previous experience in insurance or financial technology software implementations.
