Responsibilities
- Lead ESB and Apache Kafka integration workstreams across development, build, support, maintenance, and production activities.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers and act as the integration technical subject matter expert.
- Review code, technical specifications, documentation, and integration quality against client and project standards.
- Track tasks, action items, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, blockers, and project timelines.
- Coordinate daily priorities and delivery expectations with client Deputy Managers, Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide structured status updates and proactively escalate technical and delivery issues with recommended solutions.
- Lead technical teams while maintaining collaboration, accountability, transparency, and delivery discipline.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise integration, Enterprise Service Bus, and Apache Kafka.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, messaging patterns, event-driven integration, and enterprise integration best practices.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, providing hands-on guidance, and managing day-to-day delivery execution.
- Experience partnering with client management and managing delivery quality and operational alignment.
- Strong expertise in code reviews, technical specification reviews, documentation standards, and integration quality assurance.
- Experience managing timelines, tracking deliverables, identifying risks, resolving technical blockers, and escalating issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to own integration workstreams and maintain accountability and delivery discipline.
- Experience with Workato is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
