Responsibilities
- Partner with plant-level and corporate stakeholders at customer sites.
- Lead design, build, and deployment of customer-specific Tulip solutions.
- Implement solutions in live manufacturing environments with minimal disruption.
- Integrate with shop-floor systems such as PLCs, MES/ERP, and quality systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues spanning software, data, and operational workflows.
- Serve as the technical authority during customer deployments.
- Represent the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial software roles.
- At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing or consultant roles.
- Ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement on the shop floor.
- Experience with Operations Technology, including MES, ERP, and quality systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and operational constraints.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives end to end.
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Business level of English and Japanese for effective communication.
