Base Salary
$168k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply trading domain knowledge and technical skills to create innovative solutions.
- Participate in the entire software development process, including design reviews.
- Shape and optimize a tech stack using AWS back-end services.
- Create developer-based automation for scalable, high-quality applications.
- Advocate for design and development best practices.
- Coach and mentor teams of product engineers.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on product architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Java or Kotlin and Spring/Springboot.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- Experience with Design Patterns, OOAD/SOLID principles, and automated unit tests.
- Strong motivation to explore new technologies and navigate complex codebases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
