Responsibilities
- Design, code, customize, configure, and enhance software components and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Serve as an SME, manage team performance, and make team and cross-functional decisions.
- Lead coordination across teams, mentor junior members, and drive continuous improvement in software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and experience customizing and configuring its modules.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
