Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments.
- Implement enterprise integration patterns and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
- Design multi-agent systems and optimize agent logic with A/B testing.
- Lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations to enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect.
- 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and autoscaling.
- 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
