Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of toolpath algorithms for dental lab automation.
- Build workflows for hybrid production involving 3D printing and injection molding.
- Develop robotic control mechanisms to automate high-dexterity tasks.
- Research and implement toolpath simulation and collision avoidance algorithms.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to transition robotics into production.
- Solve high-impact manufacturing problems to support global scaling.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC or 6DoF robotic integration.
- Proficiency in computational geometry and mesh processing.
- Experience in toolpath simulation, kinematics, and robotic path planning.
- Ability to communicate technical risks and trade-offs effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site project needs.
