Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during post-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and customer inquiries.
- Assess customer systems and workflows to identify integration points.
- Develop customized product configurations and prototypes.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure integrations succeed.
- Communicate customer feedback to product development teams and help shape future features.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain technical documentation such as integration guides, FAQs, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting, preferably in AI or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java, plus APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms.
- Strong background in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies is preferred.
- Experience in insurance technology or financial services, startup or high-growth environments, and cloud platform certifications are preferred.
