Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to design tailored AI-driven solutions.
- Serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process.
- Assess customer systems and identify integration points for AI solutions.
- Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation and troubleshoot issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting, preferably in AI or technology sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and customer obsession.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or Java, and familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms.
- Strong technical background in software development and system integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
