Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, focusing on accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring customer patterns and friction points and translate them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and promote development practices that support long-term adoption and project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to customer launch.
- Fluent Korean and English communication skills for business interactions.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in AI, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience includes implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and using patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred experience includes leading technical discovery sessions and optimizing LLM-native metrics, state management, and granular tracing.
