Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products.
- Provide end-to-end technical support to clients throughout onboarding.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on Sardine’s product capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects, including quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and deliverables.
- Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide effective solutions.
- Provide customer-informed product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- At least 2 years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Strong execution, integration, automation, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving deliverables to completion.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools using technologies such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
