Responsibilities
- Develop and transition complex AI applications from prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify field patterns and friction points, turning them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams, promote development best practices, and support long-term adoption.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical executives and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience using Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch for customers.
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems, technical discovery sessions, LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
