Responsibilities
- Own the global Advanced Services strategy and roadmap for Kubernetes, cloud-native storage, modern virtualization, and Portworx.
- Design, pilot, and validate solution services through strategic customer engagements.
- Convert successful customer pilots into standardized, repeatable Professional Services packages with defined scopes, methodologies, success criteria, and enablement assets.
- Provide technical leadership for container platforms, persistent storage, and modern virtualization across strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Partner with regional and global delivery organizations to transition new offerings into operational execution and provide early-stage specialist support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in professional services, solution architecture, or technology transformation, including creating and scaling repeatable enterprise consulting offerings.
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes architectures, container platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift, Linux environments, and modern virtualization technologies including OpenShift Virtualization and KubeVirt.
- Deep architectural understanding of persistent data, software-defined storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code automation.
- Strong customer-facing consultative skills and the ability to influence executive clients and Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Ability to work primarily in person from the RTP office in accordance with company policies.
