Base Salary
$150k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own frontend projects from design through launch and post-launch results.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to determine what to build and how.
- Contribute to technical discussions and balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture.
- Build fast, accessible user interfaces and improve frontend performance.
- Maintain strong engineering practices, including code review, test coverage, and observability.
- Work with designers to turn early concepts into shipped products.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building production software at scale.
- Deep JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework.
- Demonstrated experience improving frontend performance and accessibility.
- Product-minded approach with focus on user problems as well as implementation.
- Comfort working through ambiguous problems and rapid change.
- AI/LLM product experience is a plus.
- Startup experience is a plus.
