Base Salary
$80k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate frontend components and responsive, cross-browser user interfaces.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, aggregation pipelines, stored procedures, and partitioning.
- Design and integrate APIs for secure and efficient communication across systems.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and support deployment and code-quality processes.
- Participate in code reviews and change control while addressing performance, memory tuning, security, and maintainability.
- Enable access to large datasets and contribute to analytics integration, data documentation, reporting, and visualization dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to deliver projects across the full development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 5–7 years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend technologies.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and API integration.
- Experience with Angular, RxJS, Material, and Bootstrap.
- Strong experience with Oracle and MongoDB, including data modeling, query optimization, aggregation pipelines, and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, secure coding practices, code reviews, and deployment processes.
- Experience with scripting and tools such as Linux scripting, AppDynamics, DBeaver, Swagger, and virtual data modelling is preferred.
- Exposure to Snowflake, data science, analytics, large dataset analysis, machine learning model deployment, and reporting is valued.
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future in the application region.
