Base Salary
$120k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy software projects and programs in the technology domain.
- Build identity, authentication, authorization, and AI-enabled access management capabilities.
- Lead moderately complex initiatives, technical projects, planning activities, and escalations.
- Review and resolve moderately complex technical challenges involving technologies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff and lead teams to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IAM product, infrastructure, cloud engineering, and application development teams.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Validate AI-assisted outputs and account for model limitations, security risks, operational considerations, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination thereof.
- 2+ years of experience developing cloud-native applications and services using Python, Java, JavaScript, or related technologies.
- Experience with identity and access management, authentication, authorization, access governance, or enterprise security initiatives is desired.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, service-based architectures, and enterprise integrations with identity providers or security services is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, containers, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment pipelines is desired.
- Experience building AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, intelligent agents, vector databases, or related technologies is desired.
- Experience with Python, Java, React, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or modern software development frameworks is desired.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices, CI/CD, Git-based workflows, testing, deployment, and operational support is desired.
- AWS certifications or experience supporting enterprise cloud environments is desired.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills are desired.
