Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and ship full-stack applications that apply frontier AI to non-software-first workflows
- Learn unfamiliar industries and encode user workflows into products, evaluations, and operational processes
- Collaborate with research teams to translate model capabilities into tools for non-technical professionals
- Work with internal teams and external partners to gather feedback and validate product concepts
- Design and run structured experiments to test product hypotheses
- Document prototypes, findings, and insights for future product teams
- Provide research teams with feedback on model effectiveness and capability gaps in real-world settings
- Contribute flexibly across Labs initiatives as priorities and opportunities change
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building full-stack applications
- Track record of zero-to-one work in startup or startup-like environments
- Ability to translate unfamiliar, messy real-world workflows into simple software
- Strong user-centric approach with experience validating ideas through user feedback
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in ambiguous environments
- Effective communication skills, including explaining complex AI capabilities to non-technical audiences
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Preferred experience building products for non-technology industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, construction, energy, agriculture, financial services, education, or the public sector
- Preferred experience with embedded or field-based discovery, industry systems, AI/ML or large language model applications, and collaboration with AI research teams
