Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype full-stack applications that integrate frontier AI into workflows.
- Immerse yourself in unfamiliar domains to understand user workflows.
- Collaborate with research teams to translate model capabilities into user-friendly tools.
- Gather feedback from internal teams and external partners to iterate on product concepts.
- Design and run structured experiments to test hypotheses.
- Generate documentation and insights to guide prototypes toward full product development.
- Provide feedback to research teams on model effectiveness in real-world settings.
- Contribute flexibly across Labs initiatives based on priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
- Experience in startup or startup-like environments.
- Curiosity about various industries and translating workflows into software.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and uncertainty.
- User-centric approach to validating ideas with actual users.
- Ability to articulate learnings from failed projects without defensiveness.
- Generalist skills to transition between different problem spaces.
- Effective communication skills to make complex AI capabilities intuitive.
