Responsibilities
- Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as their trusted advisor.
- Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment success.
- Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions for OpenAI products.
- Train and educate users to drive adoption and value.
- Design and lead hands-on activities like workshops and training sessions.
- Create content and collateral to help customers master OpenAI tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer outcomes through increased adoption and satisfaction.
- Define and manage structured onboarding and deployment projects.
- Monitor and analyze customer activation metrics.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer objectives into actionable adoption roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Deep operational knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities and APIs.
- Practical experience with authentication and enterprise security concepts.
- Familiarity with coding languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Strong record of driving technical deployments and customer value.
- Experience running effective change management programs.
- Excellent project and program management instincts.
- Comfortable embedding with customers to map workflows and diagnose challenges.
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
