$186k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sales technical relationship for government customers, including API setup, configuration, deployment, account health, adoption, and value realization.
- Define and manage structured onboarding and deployment projects across OpenAI API, agentic platform, Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, and related tools.
- Map customer workflows, validate use cases, create adoption roadmaps, define KPIs, and measure activation, usage, deployment outcomes, and business impact.
- Conduct workshops, hackathons, training, technical enablement, change management, and executive or frontline user education.
- Create government-focused playbooks, guides, FAQs, reports, demos, collateral, and ChatGPT Gov Community content.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Research to surface customer feedback, resolve technical blockers, support product launches, and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as technical account management, GenAI consulting or deployment, solutions architecture, technical delivery leadership, customer architecture or engineering, or enterprise adoption.
- Hands-on knowledge of OpenAI products, APIs, SDKs, connectors, integration patterns, model behavior, embeddings, retrieval augmentation, fine-tuning, and custom model usage.
- Practical experience with authentication, SSO, domain verification, encryption, and enterprise compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript, REST APIs, SDKs, automation, CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading technical deployments, adoption, value realization, change management programs, and complex multi-stakeholder enterprise initiatives.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences, teach users at varied skill levels, facilitate public speaking, and advise executive and technical stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and ChatGPT as a power user and evangelist.
