Base Salary
$61k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Apply software engineering practices and knowledge across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Organize work and deliver assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Build software engineering skills and contribute positively to project performance.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers when required.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and produce accurate, reliable results.
- Ability to handle varied tasks and problems and apply relevant skills and knowledge.
- Ability to organize time and deliver work within a mid-term planning horizon.
- Ability to work cooperatively and make decisions based on situational understanding.
