Responsibilities
- Lead engagements with new and early federal customers.
- Cultivate relationships at all levels of seniority to understand customer challenges.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align product direction with customer needs.
- Oversee product rollout and integration at customer locations.
- Serve as the on-site technical implementation point of contact.
- Make independent decisions while leveraging expertise from engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong technical skills with a focus on automating tasks for customer delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
