Responsibilities
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Ship product features to production daily.
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Write, iterate, and refine code while transitioning systems toward scale and quality when appropriate.
- Talk with customers and iterate based on their feedback.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product direction.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
