Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, including feature adaptations, application enhancements, and release management.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud-based systems for stability and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application solutions.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs and application integration techniques.
- Knowledge of low-code development platforms for customizing software solutions.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance in cloud environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
