Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales, product leads, and clients to evaluate technical maturity and identify custom solution opportunities.
- Translate complex client requirements into scalable system architectures, integration strategies, prototypes, and BRDs/PRDs.
- Create standardized deployment playbooks and frameworks for vendor-executed delivery of complex workflows.
- Architect data pipelines and CRM integrations using the Google Ads API while complying with global privacy regulations.
- Oversee cross-functional implementation and validate solutions with real-world data before rollout.
- Channel field feedback into engineering roadmaps and connect technical product maturity to customer marketing outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code, including Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience building proof of concepts with web or scripting technologies such as JavaScript or Python and SQL databases.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in operations management and customer-facing roles.
- Understanding of advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
