Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure system architecture.
- Serve as a technical decision-maker on major infrastructure initiatives.
- Identify and drive systemic improvements and modernize existing infrastructure.
- Own and optimize cloud infrastructure, networking, and database systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect systems.
- Manage and refine CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployments.
- Make hands-on contributions to shared codebases and resolve complex technical issues.
- Partner with teams to evaluate and operationalize AI tooling.
- Mentor and coach engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in platform engineering or infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated experience in advancing system architecture.
- Professional experience building APIs and writing production-grade scripts.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and database management.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Preferred experience with Elasticsearch and SQL.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML tooling and integrations.
