Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, enhance, and refine custom software components and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems and applications.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their integration into project workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with IFS Solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in IFS Solutions.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and diverse technology stacks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
