Responsibilities
- Set the AI and automation delivery strategy and roadmap for HR and enterprise use cases.
- Gather requirements and design, build, configure, test, and deploy AI agents, workflows, and automations.
- Implement AI and automation capabilities in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot agents, and other platforms.
- Partner with HR, IT, Legal, vendors, and HR Operations to address integrations, data usage, security, compliance, and process alignment.
- Support process redesign, change management, training, communications, and user enablement for AI deployments.
- Track milestones, adoption metrics, and operational performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years of experience in AI.
- Hands-on AI agent configuration and automation configuration experience.
- Experience with Copilot and Joule Studio, Claude, SuccessFactors, WalkMe, ServiceNow, and other HCM, AI, and automation tools.
- Experience delivering AI-powered solutions from use-case identification through deployment and adoption.
